Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable if the customer changes their mind. Our normal holding deposit are £200 if paying over the phone and £500 – £2000 if paid in person.
Once the deposit has been paid a receipt will be emailed across. The deposits can be paid by cash, bank transfer or over the phone. Vehicles must be collected within the time frame agreed , if the customer requires more time to collect, we will need to be notified and an extra deposit may be needed.
If agreements have been made for further work to be carried out on the vehicle (includes aftermarket extras) we will not be responible for any delays in the work carried out, however we will be keeping the customer updated. In the rare case we are unable to carry out the work agreed we can then issue a refund.
For customers who have left a deposit on a vehicle that they have not yet seen/test driven, we will be able to refund the deposit if the vehicle is not as described or has a mechanical fault. If a valid reason has not been provided (proof may be needed depending on the issue) to cancel the sale we may reject the decision to refund.
The deposit will be deducted from the cash price, or total deposit if your doing finance. If your finance is a £0 deposit application , we can then refund this once the finance agreement has been paid out.
